New York, October 2026

Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Asset Management Co., Ltd. ("SuMi TRUST AM") is pleased to announce that the Synera Funds Takumi+ ETF (Ticker: SMTJ) has been listed on the NYSE Arca on October 7th, 2026.

The ETF provides exposure to an actively managed Japanese equity strategy combined with a systematic futures overlay. The Japanese equity component utilizes investment theme screening together with fundamentally driven bottom-up stock selection, while the systematic futures overlay aims to provide complementary sources of return and downside risk mitigation across global markets and asset classes.

SuMi TRUST AM's U.S. affiliate, Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Asset Management Americas, Inc., serves as Model Sub-Adviser for the Japanese equity strategy, providing SuMi TRUST's fundamental expertise in Japanese equities. Millburn Ridgefield LLC serves as Investment Adviser, overseeing the overall portfolio and managing the systematic futures overlay strategy, while Twin Oak ETF Company serves as the ETF's organizer and operational and distribution partner.

The ETF reflects a collaborative approach that combines complementary investment capabilities across Japanese equity research, systematic investing, and ETF implementation within a single investment vehicle.
